"Just in case Dr Love actually reads this ... I want you to know that... YOU ARE FIRED! You gaslighted me ... and did not diagnose me correctly about my knee. DO NOT go the Geriatric department at this facility! NO STARS....!!! DISGUSTING bedside manner... takes for ever to get an appointment...! When I think back on the 4 years she was my "Dr" she had me gaslighted almost every time. Not all Dr's at this facility are this way. But be careful & aware."

"Dr. Love and the office staff at the Health Center for Older Adults gets 1 star for many reasons. My mom visited the center a year ago and was given a dementia diagnosis and put on medication for it. 4 months after being on the medication she began to have what we know now as side affects from it. My dad called several times to try to get some answers as to what might be happening with her and the medication. He called 3 times and finally after 3 weeks he finally heard from her office that they wanted to see her. So we went in to only see the NP. Changes were made that only addressed one side effect from the dementia medication so her we went again. My dad didn’t have to call due to already having a an appointment set up in advance so we just waited to address new symptoms then. After the appointment I was not pleased in the way she handled the situation when we expressed a complaint about having to wait 3 weeks before even speaking with anyone about my mom’s new symptoms. She told us that it wasn’t her fault because she didn’t know my dad had called and put the blame on the office staff. She said she would speak to the office manager. Went home with another new medication and now my mom is hallucinating very detailed and distressing hallucinations. Once again we called and it took a month to hear back. When my dad did hear back the office staff said they were still waiting to hear back from Dr. Love about my mom’s situation and all they could do was to schedule another appointment. This was the last straw for us. That office and Dr. Love doesn’t care about their patients. No patient should not feel like their Dr. is unavailable to be reached. She needs to stop taking new patients or better yet learn a better bedside manner. I think she should just get out of geriatric medicine because she is terrible at it. She didn’t even know how to be considerate enough to only address my mom’s current issues. She goes and tells my mom about how much worse it’s going to get making my mom almost cry. She could have sent her into depression which is not what you want for anyone especially a dementia patient. I don’t like writing bad reviews but I felt like this was warranted given the situation. We are now moving on to another Dr. that was recommended by another person that we know. Dr.’s should be more caring, concerned, and available for their patients. If they can’t do that then get out of the medical field, your kind isn’t what’s needed."
