"Waited for weeks to get an appointment and finally the only one i could get was very early in the morning, with the pain in my feet getting up that early and getting to the appointment was a challenge, when I get there they tell me he isn't in and to reschedule for weeks way. Who does that to patients."
"This is a well run doctor's office! From the moment you enter the facility, you are immediately acknowledged, and when it's time to go back for your appointment, the assistants are very accommodating and prepare you for the doctor. I had a broken toe that I was following up post-urgent care, and brought in the xray. Instead of doing another xray, Dr. Canlas looked at the one I had (since it was only a few days old) and said yeah, it's broken pretty bad, and he gently repositioned my toe, wrapped my foot, and told me to come back in 3 weeks. He didn't try to "run up" my insurance by doing anothet xray, he just did what needed to be done-- and I really appreciated that."
