"I was so disappointed with this store in Stuart FL. I ordered a shirt to ship to the store the associate advised me that it should be delivered on July 24. July 24 came and didn’t receive any updates as to what was going on with my item. I contacted the store on July 26 giving them some time to contact me which never happened when I contact in I spoke to a much older male associate on the phone and he was so rude didn’t have no information to provide towards my issue, he seems like he didn’t want to assist me had me on hold for 15 mins to check the status of my order just to get back on the phone to tell me they’ll call me back! I get a call from associate Lina yesterday July 31 she advised me that they have good news and bad news wonderful !!!! Ms. Lina advised me the shirt they ordered FedEx dropped it off ran over the box and left a stain on the shirt I purchased. Associate Lina then stated she took the shirt home to wash it but the stain did not come off. She did advised they can order the same exact shirt from a different store….. I come in to Men’s warehouse today August 1st to pick up the new shirt they ordered and the slacks I purchased as well they were no assistance at 10:40am I had to find someone to assist me and when I did the same older man I spoke to on the phone that had me on hold for 15mins was there and scolded the associate that was assisting me. I felt really bad for that associate Mr. 15 min hold older man comes an assist me and had no idea what was going on with my situation was rude and no customer skills. Until associate of the month came and interjected and assisted me with my issue. Will never shop at this location ever again they are unorganized and not professional at all. YOU WORK FOR RETAIL PLEASE TRAIN YOUR ASSOCIATE TO HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATEVER AGE YOU HIRE THEM AT !!!!!!!!"

"I went in with the best intentions of buying here today. The way I was greeted was with a “ those sizes are not your size.” She did automatically tell me what sizes were my fit. As I was standing next to classic fit. I was constantly told that I’m looking in wrong sizes by this lady who hasn’t taken any measurements and assuming. She was so obnoxious that I had to leave after finding a suit I liked mind you it’s 500-600 for the whole set up. I was told by my girlfriend that I shouldn’t specifically because of her. Macys got my business 280 after tax and yes it’s really nice and the whole setup. Moral of the story stay away from this place. I’m shocked none of the other employees spoke up especially when I voiced concerns multiple times with that lady!!!!"

"I needed a tux for a wedding across the country. I went to my local Men's Warehouse in Stuart, FL. They fit me there and will ship my tux to a Men's Warehouse near the wedding venue in CA. Kevin C. helped me and he was great. I don't dress up often, so he walked me though the process and made it easy and painless. Pending the tux makes it across the country and all goes to plan, I give them 5 stars. Thank you for your help and if I need a suit or a tux in the future, I will go to you first."

"I just wanted to thank Chris for all her help the other day with my brother. He's definitely a Florida boy, born and raised. Flip-flops, T-shirts, and board shorts are primarily his attire, so more formal wear is completely foreign to him. She was extremely professional, but personable. She made him feel so comfortable and he left feeling like a million bucks. Thanks Chris. We will definitely be back soon."
