"Sales experience was super. Eugene was knowledgeable about all the different brands of washers and dryers and he was very pleasant. Delivery staff were ok. Both washer and dryer were installed. Because of the location of the drain for washing machine, the washer could not be pushed back all the way to the wall. Drainage hose was not long enough! This made the removal of the laundry room door necessary! I am not happy with this remedy"

"Four weeks ago we purchased fridge, dishwasher and range. Range we were told would not be coming for about a week. As customers it's unfortunate that we had to be the ones to stay on top of the sales rep and store when it came to communication of why our paid in full range two weeks in wasn't scheduled for delivery. The sales rep spoke with who apparently is a co-worker that handles the ordering of appliances and was told that particular model we were sold was never going to be in stock or reordered as there was a new model that had phased it out. Why was this said model still in the system to be ordered or purchased by a customer if there was no possibility of it ever being in stock at the store?!? After refusing the floor range model, because we opted for that with our dishwasher and it has a dent on the front door so their floor models aren't to be settled for or trusted. We ordered the new model range and were promised it would be in stock in two weeks. Yet again two weeks has come and gone with no communication from the store. Us as customers had to call again with a follow up call putting fault on their LG rep for having a reputation of not communicating or getting back to them within a respectful turn around time. The store also doesn't know what appliances are coming in stock or knowledge of any specifics other than the brand name that is set for delivery to their store. This whole experience has been nothing but misleading as this company advertises a reputation of having full inventory in comparison to other stores. Please think about going elsewhere as we wish we did. We paid in full not using any store credit card and this is the way we're being treated. No mentions of courtesy being extended for this range so past due the promised timeline of when it was due for delivery. Also our old range should've never been hauled away if they didn't know when the new one would truly be arriving. Keeping our money seems to be more important than ensuring on time fulfillment. Hopefully this saves someone else a lot of stress and headache."

"MGR. GREG was very helpful in selecting my new appliances, as me being disabled conducted all online. I also spoke with Brian and he was most courteous and understanding. The installer Dan very pleasant. Delivery schedule was off by hours..My concerns were handled satisfactory..all appliances are in home in use. Thank you gentlemen."
