"Horrible experience. I bought their groupon deal for full highlights, haircut, and styling for $76. They charged me an extra $30 because I have "thick hair". She was trying to finish fast, she did not use tinfoil for the bleach just slapped it on inconsistent parts of my hair and then washed it off very soon. The end result is absolutely no visible highlights (even though I have dark black hair). I was asking for something that will make my hair shine under the sun but instead I got orange looking burn at the ends. Also, the person did not want to style my hair because it will "damage" it, even though I already paid for styling. I cried for three days afterward and called them to see if they can fix it. They said they will call me back but they never did."
