"I cannot stand being handed the portable card machine in the drive thru only to be told “it’s going to ask you a question”. Just tell me straight up it’s going to as if you want to tip. I do not believe in tipping and am tired of seeing these companies put the blame on the customers to pay their employees more money. Tipping culture is out of hand."

"*Review for Drive through* Possible the worst drive through design I've come across. The entrance AND ordering point is right at the street, separated by a pavement that makes maneuvering cars tricky. The horrid design often creates a queue that spills out on the wrong side of active traffic and even blocks the entire road. There is enough space for the order point to be move further away from the road but don't understand why they have designed a dangerous entrance. My advice would be to either avoid this location or order inside (it's less busy inside)."
