"Called in an order for two pizzas and two orders of wings. I called in at around 12:00 noon to be delivered at 6:30 that evening. We were serving eight people that would be arriving at around 6:00 and wanted our food hot after they got settled in. The delivery came at 5:50. I asked the delivery person why he was so early and he said he had a lot of deliveries and I guess ours was first on his route regardless of our 6:30 delivery request. By the time we got everyone settled in and opened our pizza and wings, the food was warm to cold. The other big problem was that we ordered an extra large deluxe pizza and all it had on it was pepperoni. The specialty deluxe pizza as shown on your menu has pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, green peppers and onions. It was too late to call and correct the issues. We were charged for a deluxe pizza and we were not impressed with the quality of the extra large warm pepperoni pizza. Our guests and us were not impressed with the new Marcos business and location."

"At 3:30, I placed an online order for pizza to be delivered at 5:50pm. By 6:15pm, I had 3 hangry little kids, so I called the store. The young woman who answered responded, “Aaaw. Well, we only have one driver,” with a tone that sounded like I should have known they were under staffed. The pizza was eventually delivered at 6:40. It arrived hot and delicious, but I won’t be ordering from this location any time in the near future."
