Rapid DOT & Drug Testing On-Site & Mobile

"I would not recommend using this company. I had 48 hours to complete a pre-employment drug screen (or I lose eligibility to reapply for 1 year), and I booked an appointment with Rapid DOT & Drug Testing. I received an appointment confirmation via e-mail and even called to confirm the appointment to avoid any problems. I was assured my appointment was booked multiple times. Approximately 90 minutes before the appointment, I received a text saying that Rapid DOT was cancelling my appointment without adequate advanced notice. They rescheduled me for 2 days out, well beyond the 48 hours I initially had to complete the screen and too late to reschedule elsewhere. They put my employment in jeopardy, nearly costing me the job I had worked hard to secure. Angelic is very nice though."

"I called this office right at closing time, not knowingly, so I could get a screening done, in which I got off of work late but Angie answered and because she was still there working on things, she still let me come in to do the screening anyway for a drug test. I'm very appreciative of her waiting on me to arrive after hours and the prices are much lower than most places. Thank you so much!"
