"Awesome experience. Our microwave died the night before entertaining 20 people. I called the next day and talked with Alexis. She was knowledgeable, helpful and took her time to make sure I understood the options. She suggested I take some measurements and also pictures when I came in, to ensure I found a unit that fit my opening. I did and everything worked great. I removed the old unit before I heading to the store and then installed the new. I really appreciate the time she spent to inform and help me; Never rushed or pressured me. I'll definitely be back the for any other appliance need in the future!"
