"If I could give negative stars I would! This is the most awful customer service!! Don’t waste your money on warranty because they send you to 5 different departments 3 different companies and not one single one will help you! Thank goodness Conns is closing!"
"My fiance and I had made the decision that for our house, we were going to purchase our appliances and furniture in one place if possible and I thoughts Conns was the best option and when we went in Our sales lady really did a great job! We went around the store made notes of what we wanted and came out to roughly a 18,000 bill to fully furnish most of our house. However. When we told our sales lady we would like to go home discuss some things and come back she got her manager involved and we told him we were looking about 8 months out on final purchases to which he decided to make a smart remark of “a little too early to shop don’t you think”. I would imagine as you see we’re planning to make a very large purchase that he would be more interested in getting our information and closing the sale when the time comes however instead of feeling welcomed and wanted as customers we felt just like burdens and wastes of time in a store where we were literally the only customers in the store in the middle of the day. We will be taking our business elsewhere."

"Make sure to check your final price before you make payment. I wanted to buy a love seat with an agreed price of 10% discount with free delivery. The salesperson told me to wait while she did her invoice. I had to wait almost 1 hour for her to do her invoice. As she came, she told me here was your final price after 10% discount. Had I not done my math before she came, I would have paid the amount she gave me. I told her it was not 10% discount, she still insisted that it was until I showed the math. Until then, she told me that her boss only let that amount of discount. Very dishonest business."
