"My sim card quit working on my straight talk phone. I went in T mobile at their robertsdale location and Cassidy helped me. She was absolutely AMAZING. We had a quite a few issues and she was patient and really helped me out. There was also a manager named Eric there who was helpful as well. Even with all the hiccups we had I still rate my experience a 10/10! Cassidy does not get paid nearly enough for all she had to do to help me!"
