"The worst experience from the Labor and Delivery room all the way to this Pediatric Facility. I've had way too many bad experiences in the last 2 years here. From Leaving us in a room after 4:30 with the lights shut -off and the janitors starting to clean waiting on paperwork to be able to leave, to them misinforming me that my Humana medicaid was not set up with their office after we'd been to see them several times successfully. That last incident was almost a year ago. I tried transferring him to another doctor but wasnt allowed because of my son being behnd on vaccinations( because of how hard this office is to make an appointment with!). I would call and they would tell me their schedule was full for the next 2-3 weeks and she couldnt schedule anyone past that. so call back. I call back, and im told the same thing again and again. Its literally nearly impossible to get an appointment with them for a check up and shots. Im so tired of it and have no other option than the HEALTH DEPARTMENT to take my son now - since theyve made it so no other doctor will acccept my son being behind on vaccinations. The doctors are rude and use scare techniques or belittle you when you try to ask questions or refused something. Incompetent and unprofessional to say the least. Multi-Million dollar Hospital that can spend thousands on fancy garden areas but cant update their scheduling software."
"Some of the woman at the front desk are EXTREMELY RUDE!! Just called to make an appointment for my daughter and the receptionist said "make sure you don't have a no show because that looks really bad on you". Excuse me but I'm bringing my child to YOUR office for care and I pay YOU to see her. I understand they could use that extra time if i didn't show up for other patients but I have always called to cancel if I needed to! I'll be changing my peditatic office VERY SOON!"
"I am not one to write letters but today is noteworthy. First, you are greeted by a receptionist who clearly dislikes her job and does not care about you. After phoning in and explaining we were from out of town with a sick baby, I gave my insurance info and was given a 4pm appointment. The sick baby and I drove 30 minutes to make our appointment. Upon arrival, we were finally told they could not see us because our insurance, which I had given over the phone, would not be accepted. I said that was fine and that I would just pay for the day's visit in cash. The doctor came out to tell me that he could not see me even then because you can't pay for your visit if you have insurance. THANKS OBAMA. I was so confused and amazed. I left. In my haste and disgust, I left the baby's insurance card. I sat in the parking lot calling other places for at least 10 minutes. Dr Smith, from the same practice, was willing to see me as a doctor should. I drove away at least 10 minutes before I realized I'd left the insurance card. Never did the lovely receptionist call me to say I'd left it even though she knew I had a sick baby and was driving 30 minutes away. This dr and his team should be ashamed."
"first off when I walk in the door I never feel welcomed. Its a lady that just sits and stair at you never do they ask if you need help or even try to care to help you.. Every time my daughter went she was seen by different doctors. Then when I try to schedule her a appointment they never have any spots open, BUT its a same day appointment... I recommend a place that care.."
