"The doctor and the staff were very informative and very pleasant. The procedure was explained in great detail. All questions answered and I can’t wait for the actual procedure to be completed. Update: procedure is underway and it’s actually been pretty painless. The abelation performed by the Dr. went very smoothly. It was explained every step of the way during the procedure. Very little post up discomfort. The hardest part was wearing the thigh high compression hose for 7 days. The next part, the phelbectomy performed by Tanya, (NP) also went smoothly. She also explained the procedure thoroughly and has a very soothing manner. I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I have been receiving. Addendum: a couple of months after my last appt I called the office to speak to Tanya who told me to call if I was t 100% happy with my results. At this call I found out that she.was no longer there and the practice changed hands. I asked for an appointment and was met with some resistance. The office didn’t seem to want to honor the commitment made by the previous dr or staff. I ended up not going to the appointment because I was met with resistance. I am not 100% satisfied with my final result but imagine I have no recourse since the practice was sold."
"Dr and staff are courteous and knowledgeable. They do a good job getting the patients in on time, not a lot of waiting in the front area or in a room by yourself. Good experience and I've been multiple times already."
"Every person in the Fleming Island office treated me with kindness and respect. At each visit Tanya listened to my many questions and thoroughly answered them. She was even available by cell when I had concerns after one of my appointments. I highly recommend this office and its entire staff."
"The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Short wait time to be seen. Nurse practitioner is very informative and knowledgeable. She takes her time and explains things and answers your questions. Great experience at the Flemming island office."
