"Waited an hour to get my labs only to find out the following week that they only collected one of the 5 samples required. This shows extreme disorganization and incompetence. My experience convinced me to switch to a different hospital for prenatal care."

"This lab DOES NOT honor appointments. I spent 30 minutes on phone making 0630 appt,, 10 minutes checking in on line which includes taking photos of ins. cards and driver's lic. AND showed up at 0618 for 0630 appt. After my scheduled time of 0630 had passed, others with NO appt were taken before me. This is unacceptable."

"Making an appointment at this on campus hospital lab facility is a JOKE! The woman that checks you in is loud and blames her computer for why they are running late. She screams loud enough from behind her cubicle so she's sure all can hear. The thing is... that was the same excuse used when my husband was here weeks ago. If true... Get here earlier and check your equipment! UNPROFESSIONAL! I had a SCHEDULED 0630 appt for straightforward bloodwork so that I could make another appointment at 0730. IT IS 0705 and I am still waiting with many others. STOP MAKING APPOINTMENTS WITH SCHEDULERS YOU HAVE NO HOPE OF KEEPING! I WILL USE DESTIN SHOPS EXPRESS FROM NOW ON AS I HAVE DONE IN THE PAST!"

"Waited an hour for a simple blood draw and had to leave for another appointment. There was no one at the desk so I couldn't even get my blood work sheet back. Now I have to go to back to the doctor's office to get another sheet, and start this all over again, but not here."
