"Sent here for Random DOT drug screen. Called at 1230 p.m. no answer was trying to get their exact location. Arrived 12:57 pm place is dark, door locked no one answering phone. Stood there til 1:57 p.m. no one around the door was still locked, lights out, and no one answered the phone. Update... after leaving this review and having to get ahold of my company who sent me to college park. They called me stating they saw my review, and my company has to schedule 24 hours in advance. They apparently don't understand what a random D.O.T. drug screen is."

"Ms.Lawanda was amazing! Such a sweet lady. I had to do a drug screen and the first sample wasn’t enough. She provided me with as much water as I needed and was extremely patient. A guy called in and was on his way from a different state and didn’t think he would make it in time to take his drug screen. Ms.Lawanda said that she would actually wait for him so that he would be able to get his drug screen out the way that day and I thought that was very nice of her. I would highly recommend Touching Souls to employers & employees for all of their testing needs. Thank YOU Ms.Lawanda for providing me with an amazing experience."
