"This is the first location I ever started donating plasma, and I have yet to have a negative experience. The staff have always been very friendly, kind and helpful. Things are clean and move pretty efficiently, sometimes if a lot of donars, things can take longer than usual to get through, but again staff are always professional."

"I did everything in my power to become a blood donor for this department, however I am beyond disappointed in one staff member. First and foremost, it’s hard to get call backs from them, so I decided to travel from Navarre to Fort Walton to meet them in person and to schedule an appointment as a first time donor. In my understanding, you are required to provide the necessary information and documentations on hand before you can forward yourself as a donor. Unfortunately, I had an issue with only one staff member of the plasma team division. The rest of the staff were excellent, communicative and professional, however one staff member did NOT meet my expectations. I am a bit slow and when she asked for my last four digits of my number, I said “sorry it’s on my seat didn’t know you needed it” assuming that they would have me registered and open my file. She yelled at me then shook her head at me. My heart rate went up and when she came to check it the second time, she said “your heart rate actually went up more than the first one” I said, “well I don’t blame it, you just yelled at me. I will not be coming back because I did not appreciate the service here today” she concluded, “I’m sorry you feel that way” which is a non-apologetic approach. I hope that one of the best staff members or manager sees this message to work better for a more efficient team!! Let’s do better please."

"Before coming to donate plasma I had never done it before. The staff were very welcoming. Every time I have gone in since then has been a good experience. All of the staff are friendly and do the best that they can regardless of how many people complain about how the process takes so long. I remember them saying during intake that it was communicated to me that i need to plan accordingly as the process can take up to 2 hours. You're earning money to sit there and do nothing, and it's helping others. So to those who have to find something to complain about, if you have an issue with it maybe go look up there least busy time and do it then. There is no reason to complain about how long it takes when it's an easy way to get some quick money. Don't be a KAREN."

"The staff is nice. Turn around is super slow. Not many options around here. Pay out is decent. Seems understaffed most days. Update...tried several different times it does not matter when you have an appointment you will spend at least 2 hours to complete the process. You will sit and wait. Very frustrating when other things are happening in a person's life. Hard to schedule other things as well."
