"i HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS OFFICE FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS AND I CALL TO CHANGE MY APPOINTMENT . AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE 75.$ TO DO SO UNLESS IT WAS AN EMERGENCY !! SO I GUESS NOT HAVING A RIDE IS NOT AND EMERGENCY AND SHE SAID I WOULD HVE SIGNED THIS IN THE NEW PT PAPERWORK BUT IVE BEEN A PT FOR 5 YEARS .. I GUESS THAT DOESNT COUNT, THAT I HAVENT FILED OUT ANY NEW PT PAPER WORK IN 5YEARS SO OH WELL NOW I HAVE TO FIND A NEED DOCTOR .. SO THE STAFF NEEDS TO GET ON HANDING THAT OUT MORE THAN FOR JUST NEW PT HOW ABOUT EVERYTIME A PT COMES IN !!! SO THEY WANTED ME TO PAY FOR A VIST I DIDNT HAVE , 25$ I CAN SEE BUT 75$ IS WHAT BCBS PAY FOR THEY VISIT THEY NEED TO REVIST THIS !!!"

"He did not care about what was going on with me. He dismissed everything I said. I left there feeling worse then when I went in. He continued to say my symptoms wasn’t due to thyroids but I have had a total work up from every doctor (inside of machines and with all kinds of electronics) and they all pointed me back to thyroids issues! I advise you to look elsewhere for help."
