"Wow is all I can say! We have been without a washer for about a month going back and fourth with our home warranty. We finally were approved for replacement. We called Owen and purchased the washer we wanted over the phone and had it delivered to the house and set up within an hour! The delivery drivers were great and set up our washer with care. They even took the time to show us how the unit worked and how to use the self leveling system. We are so grateful to have a washer again. Thank you!"

"We took a chance to make the 2.5 hour one way trip from West TN to Owen Home Appliance in Somerville, AL. We based our decision on the fact that the owner, Mike returned my call off of his CraigsList ad. He gave me a list of washers and dryers that he had in stock that matched our needs and price range.
