"The worst experience I’ve ever had with a repair service. My refrigerator was not functioning properly so I called the Appliance Expert in Orange Beach and the owner (Mike Usher) came out said it needed a new main board. He said it would take 2 to 3 days to come in, 8 days later it finally came in. He came out with another tech and changed the board. 2 hours after they left my refrigerator started acting up again. I called and Mike said he would have to contact the manufacturer to try and find the problem. 2 weeks later I called, since I hadn’t heard back from him. He called back Good Friday morning and said he would be out that afternoon. He never showed up or called, he TOTALLY FLAKED on me. I haven’t heard from him since. I paid $550.00 for a board I didn’t even need. I had to call another repair service to come out and they had my refrigerator fixed in 30 minutes!!!! I definitely would never recommend the so called “Appliance Experts “ to anyone I know…EVER!!!!!!"
