"We were celebrating my husband's brother's birthday while playing pool, my sister in law place orders and never received food she had to get money back we understood it was a family reunion going on but more coverage was needed, we also understand help is hard but heads up would have been number 1 thing to say, so we could make that decision.. So we ended up ordering Cody's & took it to the house & enjoyed each company."
"Usually good times but I paid for the summer plus 2 adults and every single Friday around 1pm both bowling allies are reserved out. My husband works all week but gets off early on Fridays and I paid for 2 adults but like I said every time, it's booked up and they tell us it's a long wait at 1pm??? I'd like to use my coupons plus what I paid for!! Not to mention the brand new ball I bought from them for my birthday, may 29th, half the lanes will not return my ball. We end up waiting almost half our time on the balls returning."

"Great alley! The arcade is good and lanes are nice. Staff is average for a bowling alley. Not super responsive but doing the job. Food is what you’d expect and beer is cold."
"The bowling alley and arcade are great actually but my review is based solely on the staff. We went at noon on a Friday and after my kids finished at the arcade they wanted to redeem their tickets. It was 2 pm at this point. The guy at the desk told us he was short staffed and too busy but if we wanted to wait until 4pm he would have additional staff coming in. All he was doing was wiping down tables with a rag. I wouldn’t come back to this place based on the horrible customer service alone. Photo added to show their “busy”"
