"I am a new member! I am doing Evofit classes and absolutely love it. I am currently overweight and out of shape but committed to bettering myself. As someone who is over weight, I know the feeling of not knowing where to start or being intimidated by other people in the gym. I can tell you that the kindness and patience from not only the trainers but the other members as well has been incredible. And the workouts are done for you and they are different every single day! Classes are hard but I have already seen progress. My first week I couldn’t run half a mile and I could barely do a sit up. I ran a half a mile today, 6 weeks later, with no problem and can do sit ups much better. I have never in my life looked forward to going to the gym until now. I can’t wait to see the progress I make in 6 months!"

"I would recommend Ionic to anyone in the Naples, Bonita, Ester0 and Ft Myers area. The owner, Donnie runs a tremendous gym. I am an "older" person. Donnie makes you feel welcome, always introduces everyone to everyone, extremely friendly and not at all intimidating. He has an incredible staff, again, being a little older, I feel welcome, workouts are modified yet I still get pushed into that 15% of a challenging workout with good results.
