"So happy to have found this gym! In general, I get super anxious at the gym and really dislike big crowded gyms so finding an all women's weight lifting gym was exactly what I was looking for. The open gym membership has great hours and getting into the gym is super easy. Britt takes care of her space always keeping the gym neat and organized. You can also by healthy protein snacks from here, which is a big plus. If you've been looking for a more comfortable gym environment with all the equipment you need and flexible hours, I highly recommend joining here!"
"Hands down one of the best gyms around Southwest Florida for the ladies. You walk in and feel like it’s home. It’s clean and the equipment is in great shape. Britt is amazing and definitely keeps her girls safe with the locking door off hours. The group classes are fun and full of energy. The 1 on 1 training will not disappoint. "Over the past two months, I've been with working 1:1 with Brittany and she has changed my entire perspective on exercise! Before I started coming here I lacked consistency because the gym would always be so packed, I didn't know how to use all of the machines, and there would be creepy men. After I invested in training sessions with Brittany, she made sure that I felt comfortable with all of the machines in the gym, motivated me every session, and made me see/feel amazing results! Now that i'm going to open gym, Brittany is still there helping out and all of the members i've found have been super sweet and helpful too! I can't say enough great things about the gym itself and everybody that goes to it, definitely worth it 1000%!!"
