"They claim to service e-bikes however I went to see about getting my e-bike serviced and man at counter said “we only service bikes we sell.” Well my bike was exactly the same brand they have sitting on the floor. He then stated, “well it could be two weeks to get parts.” Fine, I live here and don’t mind waiting. Then he says,” You should just take it back to where you got it from.” Poor customer service. Website should NOT say they service e-bikes."
"Recently arrived in Treasure Island & unfamiliar with bike shops in the area. When both my husband & I got rear tire flats on our E-biles, I called around & Mad Cycles was certainly most pleasant/receptive & said to bring them in as we did have the tubes that we needed. Arrived first thing the next AM and Dennis was great!!! He took us immediately, knew what he was doing and had them fixed within 90 minutes.service was fabulous & he even educated us about some of the puncture dangers in area & how to minimize. Highly recommend!!"
