"My daughter recently relocated from Pace. When her mail wasn't forwarded she went to the USPS on Chumuckla while in town visiting. Her former carrier, BRUCE, was there, recognized her, and helped her locate the mail, solved the problem, and generally went above and beyond to help. Nicest postal worker we've ever encountered!"
"Used counter services twice in the last few months. First visit she was polite and helpful, second visit she was rude and sullen and barely said a word like I had done something wrong. Won’t go back again. It’s crazy how people in this county act sometimes."
"Charge for items that should be free. The USPS provides them the items for free and they charge the customer. EVERY ITEM I send gets flagged and charged additional. I eBay a lot and the lady ALWAYS has some remark about it. WILL NOT EVER USE AGAIN."
"Never answer phone, flagged mail never picked up, flag turned down - mail remains - new mail placed on top of going out mail - door closed. - mail delivered to 5 houses down inside a broken empty house mailbox. Brand new car tag never arrived.. but inside that box found by a good neighbor. All in the last 7 months. Can't trust or reach anyone."
"Just this week I’ve had to put someone else’s mail back in the mailbox twice to be forwarded to the correct recipient I’m a little concerned because.I’ve got gift cards coming in the mail to give out as Christmas gifts and I’m really not sure where they’re gonna end up .. last week my neighbor brought my mail over to me that was deposited in her mailbox. I know it’s a busy time of year and I know they’re probably understaffed like everyone else but getting the correct Mail is really important especially with people receiving checks and credit cards."
