"I don’t know where y’all are getting your info from but my uncle knows some people who fly those little helicopters and he says that they’re doing tours of the Riviera Naturist Resort. The thing that gets me is that after living next to the nolf since I was a kid, I can’t figure out why they fly them all out every morning just to pull them back on trailers every evening??? Just doesn’t seem like a good way to run a business."

"To be quite honest, if living near an airport is so bad, why stay for 35 years? If you can afford to live in Pace (both financially as well as socially) you would be more than comfortable in Jay where the property is cheaper and the banjos are not anywhere near as loud as Freedom Choppers. The beauty of this solution is that the blanket of freedom extends across the entire nation. You do not need to live near the airport to enjoy the freedoms offered. I lived directly under the flight path in Pace/Milton for years. Those helicopters over flew my house when I was resting to fly them the next day. This OLF is wonderful, the men and women who fly them are wonderful, and their tax dollars and expenditures in this county are the only thing allowing the current level of county spending. You want the helicopters to leave? Look at any county that had steel mills or lumber yards/saw mills disappear, that is what will happen to Milton/Pace when the Navy leaves."

"Great place, their number one product is the blanket of freedom we all sleep under at night. Anita made a mistake, she should have given a one star review to the realtor she is upset with and maybe to her own due diligence when she signed the airport clause. As far as how NOLF Pace performs as a NOLF? 5/5!"

"The county tax records show that anita gerardi lives next to Spencer Field. I guess she never learned how to read a map during her alleged 25 years in the Navy or to take personal responsibility instead of blaming other people for her mistakes. Ooh-rah! You go, girl!"

"My family and I live on a side street directly across this training field. The constant noise from the choppers are so loud that we cannot talk with anyone outside..can't use the phone outside nor can we have windows open for fresh air in the fall/winter. We retired here from the Navy and lived in Key West..came up here to check it out for a new home. The weather was chilly and raining off and on, so we never heard any choppers NOR did the realtors tell us about the area...back in Key West, packing up and getting ready to move, we were so excited and happy....UNTIL an 'Airport Clause' arrived in the mail from the realtors.. The form had to be signed and returned, to complete the sale of the house...we did sign it but did not know what type of airfield it was. Once we were settled in our new home, maybe a week or so later, we heard this awful loud noise, something (?) flying over our house!! Round and round, 2 or 3 helicopters from about 8:30 am, until 5 or 6 pm. It was awful and we so regretted (and still do, 35 "
