"Cameron is awful and unprofessional. Dr Lomas -- I had extreme pain in shoulder thought should of ct it. Was told muscle spasms . I knew better once you hear a loud pop you know something serious is wrong. Told my neurologist and he ordered a scan. Showed several muscle tears and very bad rotor cuff. Took results back to show , Lomas but she still said muscle spasms until she read it. No longer do I use them. Destroyed my belief in primary doctors. 2016 and 2017 they overlooked lymph nodes swelling. My pulmonary doctor had t o point it our to them ."

"Worse Customer Service, inappropriate, unprofessional. After waiting a month as a new patient, I was called that same day in the morning that the system was down and they will call me back to reschedule, well a week passed and I called to reschedule myself, I had to leave a message, 2 days after they called and I was told they didn't have appointments until May, I was furious, the rude girl put me on hold and I waited for so long that I hung up and called them back. I changed PCP, needing a PCP to be referred to a Neurologist. Do not put your Health at the risk of this innepts."

"Choose better care for yourself - bc these folks DONT Care - and get snarky when you Need Better care - after over a year with this office, I finally switched to a different dr. Best move I've made medically speaking. Cameron was rude (I've seen you too often, heard from you too much) - the other Dr there, Pam, is even worse"

"Poor patient care! No answered calls, return calls, and malpractice all around. You call the emergency on call and it hangs up on you. I had an issue that could have been avoided if a phone call were answered and or messages returned, it resulted in a visit to the emergency room (3 weeks calling and leaving messages) Shame on this office! Note, You also get the bait and switch at this practice. You go in to see Dr. Lomas one time and are stuck seeing her inferior physician assistant after, Cameron Hackley. He does not follow up with patient care at all. I am reporting to Medicare- they should loose their credentialing due to their malpractice care. My issue is not the only one, read everyone’s reviews of this office, talk about a malpractice -practice. Stay away from this office if you value your health. *I have filed a grievance with Medicare. I hope this helps save patient’s lives who are in danger of receiving this type of inferior healthcare by this office."

"I typically do not write reviews but wanted to take a moment to share how wonderful my experiences have been with having Dr. Lomas as my Dad's PCP. Her accessibility to her patients is like no other, she is the first doctor that I have interacted with that shows genuine care when it comes to her patients. Also I would be remiss if I also didn't mention her wonderful staff. Alicia, Francis, Dixie and Taylor have all been beyond wonderful with assisting me and my Dad with getting the necessary care that he needs. Definitely a great choice if you are looking for an exceptional primary care doctor!"
