"Don't go here if you care about getting billed in a way that helps you as a customer. I received a couple wraps of athletic tape and a 10 cent foam piece that cost more than the x-rays. I talked to billing and they have one code for all of that, $90 for a simple cheap procedure. Once they send it to insurance, you can't pay cash as a cheaper alternative. It's highway robbery. Not sure if I'll be going back. People there were nice."

"This is a doctor's office I look forward to going to. Staff members are super friendly and fun to talk to. Renee and Dr Mina take great care of my feet. I went from a lot of pain to very little in 2 weeks and it gets better every week! I definitely recomend this doctor's office to anyone having foot problems."

"everyone there is nice and all, however I went in as a self pay patient and made it clear I was not looking to pay any more than I had to. When i made the appointment i was told any extra charges would be discussed and i could decide whether or not to have the "extras". After the doctor saw me my ankle was wrapped in various layers of gauze. A price was not discussed as I was told it would be if there was to be an extra charge. When I checked out I was charged $210 versus the $150 I was told the appointment would cost. I found out at that time that the wrap done on my ankle, by the assistant to the nurse, was $60. When I mentioned that I had no idea that was the cost they shrugged it off and I did not argue. I have an anxiety disorder and do not handle confrontation well, and in very upset that they did not do things the way they said they would. I am not going back there for any reason other than to get a refund I deserve."

"I just wanted to thank Dr. Mina and his staff for everything they have done for our community. Our office has referred our patients and friends to Dr. Mina for many years and everyone has nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Mina and his office. I never thought I'd need help with my feet, but after 37 years in practice myself, I found myself suffering with plantar fasciitis and heel pain. The office got me right in and Dr. Mina fit me for orthotics and recommended "good" shoes. His medical assistant Phong made me a temporary foot pad for support until the orthotics came in. Ingrown toe nail, broken toes and glass in my foot were among some of my reasons to see Doc Mina. In all instances he was earnest and professional and a very interesting person.
