"Horrible experience. I have never had a primary care doctor who cared less and was this unprofessional. 2 times they told me they would help me reschedule a blood test, and they never called me back or helped. Just the other day, they did not refill my prescription that I'm not supposed to stop. I called them and they didn't call me back. I called them the next day and was told a doctor would call me back. No one called me back. Now I dont have my prescription. I recommend you stay away."

"I am updating my review after taking a few years away from this office. After reading great reviews for the new P.A. Ana, I decided to give them another chance. When I called to set up my 1st appointment, it took no more than 15 minutes to give them my information and get an appointment. On my 1st visit, after checking in, I waited maybe 10 mins to be seen by the nurse, and after that, I waited for the doctor for about 10 mins. She listened, she had empathy, she explained everything, and created a treatment plan for my future visits. I made my follow-up appointment with the front desk, which took maybe 5 minutes, and then I was done. I got a text saying my medication was sent to my pharmacy and also got an email with my follow-up details. The new office is big with tall ceilings and it looks like it's still a work in progress, however the waiting area is really big!"
