"Definitely a high quality meat market with a vast selection of steaks and other meats. Most of the meats are on the higher end so expect to pay more per pound but you get what you pay for! I got a Wagyu Sirloin, didn’t even know they made such a thing and it was so tender as well as juicy. I would suggest going here if you want a high quality meat as they have a large array of them!"
"Absolutely love this butcher shop! I regularly come and buy the A5 waygu steaks , and they have great prices ! Also the Italian sausage and pork belly is amazing. They employees here are also great, they called me as soon as a shipment arrived so I could pick what I wanted!"
"So glad they’re now open! The cuts of meat were amazing! Beautiful selection of wagu, standard American beef, links and chicken. Every kind of sauce and dry rub one could want. The prices are very fair for the quality you get. So happy with our filet and ribeye picks for today; they made for a delicious dinner at home. Highly recommend this place for high quality cuts."
"It was different than expected when I walked in but the end result was excellent. I didn’t have time to marinate my own chicken and steak so I tried the Korean BBQ steaks, garlic marinated chicken and “the works” sausages. I was super impressed. The steak barely needed a knife and was super flavorful. Chicken was the same way. And the sausage tasted like you were eating a sausage and peppers sandwich without bread. I’ve been in food service for 20 years so it usually takes a lot for me to be impressed."
