"I really appreciate the pharmacists here! They never “is what it is” me at the counter— as in, if I have a question or a concern, they look me in the eyes and try to figure it out with me. Just surprisingly warm and human customer service from a Walgreens pharmacy lol (I believe Chris and Sheila have helped me thus far)."

"Please choose literally any other pharmacy and AVOID this one at all costs!! I’m still waiting for my medication. My doctor had to call in TWICE just to get them to actually write down the prescription but they never put it in the system. I was at the pharmacy at the time and they told me it would be filled in an hour and they would alert me. An hour goes by and nothing so I call and they say “we never got a prescription for you” so then I told them its literally written down and I was assured it would put me in the system. Then the girl puts me on hold and alas they never even put it in the system even after assuring me , to my face, that they would. Fortunately she finally did and I am now waiting in the drive through to finally pick it up. Absolutely insane that my doctor did everything right and this place is so incompetent they needed to be told about 3x to actually fill the prescription meanwhile I’m in excruciating pain!! I will never ever get a prescription filled here again and I encourage every person reading this to avoid at all costs!!"

"We came in quick to grab two items before close. Made it a quick trip so we weren’t holding them up. We got to the register at 9pm on 03/27/24 and the cashier rudely stated that she had already taken the drawer out of the register and we couldn’t purchase anything because she didn’t know we were here and couldn’t put the drawer back in the register. How did you not know we were here? We were greeted by the gentleman with glasses when we walked in. Do you not check the store before making sure there are not any paying customers in it before you “shut down the register”. Do you not communicate with your other associate who greeted us at the door? Won’t be back to this Walgreens due to the rude employees"

"I have always gotten excellent service at this Walgreens. The other day I got a call from the pharmacist just checking to see how I was doing with a new medication that I have been taking for two weeks. I was so impressed that he would take the time to call me personally, and seemed to have all the time in the world to make sure I was OK"
