"This is a horrid business. Number one. The terrible shop owner accused my 14 year old sister of shoplifting. if I could give a zero star review I would. This is a terrible business. Not only did she ask with the upmost disrespect, her excuse was that "its usually the kids." absolutely disgusting. I'm so disappointed."

"The owner accused my 14 year old cousin of stealing and asked her to empty her pockets in front of everyone in the store. When she was wrong she said “it’s usually the kids”. I’ve never in my life experienced a store owner so rude. They sell the same items in every other store, I recommend going literally anywhere else!"

"Hard to put into words the customer service level we received from Catherine. We purchased a dress earlier in the day from the shop, went on a cruise and the strap broke. Unfortunately there wasn't another of the same to exchange. Catherine broke out a sewing kit and literally sewed the dress back together as she serviced other patrons. I've never been to a store with a clerk so kind, enthusiast to help, and had great recommendations on other things to do and see in the town. We also visited another store owned by the same person and received the same level of customer service. When we return for our next visit we will be back to these shops for certain. Great customer service has earned life long customers. Thank you!"
