"Absolutely horrible! I asked for a brown full wig they gave me a pink wig, with no extra adhesive i asked for. (This is the 5th time they have done this). I have only gotten 2-3 decent (wearable) wigs from them. They are also very rude and have my number memorized so they wont answer when i call them because they know they messed up my wig AGAIN!!! I highly suggest looking for other options as i am now."

"Hi the service is very good Mariela is one of the best in there but I have a big problem with the hair system, the quality was good before but now is not so good. On june 27 I received a new hair and two day after I start to wash my hair and I found too mush hair in the floor of the shower on july 2 I wet to the saloon and then I received an other one today july 10 I have the same problem my hair is falling down too much on the shower I don't know what to do thank you Herman"

"I wanted to take a min to share once again what was an incredible experience I have been a member since 2005. And the staff just keeps getting better and better. Teresa is off the chart incredible such a pleasure. I have used most every stylist there and love them all. Iris my girl. Knows just how to make me look awesome. Teri is awesome as well. Darien is the man. Too many to name them all. But trust me when I say. You won’t be unhappy with any of the stylist thanks for another great job."

"I started HC in Milwaukee then transferred to the Ft. Myers area. Even though the Milwaukee HC was good, Ft. Myer's HC is excellent. Staff personnel are kind, friendly and helpful., the office is immaculate and clean and the business is very professional. 5+ stars for the location itself, now to the new hair system. Truthfully speaking, when I started in Milwaukee with the old hair system, I was ready to stop the program in the first year. I stayed with it and they eventually got it right. The Ft. Myers location introduced me to the new system. Wow! what a difference. Much lighter, more natural looking without perimeter adhesive, which IMHO makes a world of difference. If you are new to this and unsure how to proceed, have the manager give you my number and call me (414 area code) and I'll fill you in. I would highly recommend you spend the little extra and go with the new system if it is right for you. Just know that you are in good hands with this location."

"Great salon with great service!!!! Teresa, the salon manager is very engaged to ensure that this salon meets my person needs, EVERYTIME. My stylist, Robin Ann is truly the best. Wonderful skill set but most importantly, she is personally engaged in every detail of my service to ensure that each step of the process ALWAYS meets or exceeds my expectations. If any issues arise, Daren's years of technical experience and expertise is invaluable to help find a workable solution. My lifestyle is somewhat complicated. This tends to create constant changes to my schedule and availability. Reagan is masterful, always working with me to overcome my unexpected schedule changes and ensure that the salon is able to meet my needs. Wonderful team!!!! I highly recommend getting to know them.
