So far I am very pleased with my progress. The team was very professional during my procedure. They frequently asked me if I needed a break, offered water and even took the time to answer questions I had throughout the surgery. Jose was very thorough at explaining the healing process and how to care for the grafts and donor area. He’s also been available to answer questions I’ve had throughout these 4 months. The experience: The girls that did the actual transplant were great, very experienced and worked as a team. The doctors bedside manner was horrible, the coordinator was great until I paid my bill, after that he acted as though I was bothering him. There was zero follow up. None. The results: I'm on the fence, it's better than it was, but it's no where near as good as I've seen others. I would not go back."
