"From the start salesman messed up took months to get my windows installed then after installation the salesman also messed up an got me the wrong financing. Then trying to get things corrected it took months they sent me a blank contract to sign finally spoke to owner assured me he would fix it been 2 weeks now still not fixed. Whomever does the financial paperwork is awful. Only thing that was decent was the installer who is contracted by them. Wouldn't refer this company to anyone"
"I had a pleasant experience with Southland Exteriors & would use them again. From the first interaction with Dolores, who was so helpful & polite, to the end of the installation, including the owners, every one was very easy to work with & professional. They replaced 2 windows for me with impact windows. I now have less road noise than before, I don’t have to use my AC as much, as it’s helped let in less heat, & I don’t have to worry about putting up hurricane shutters on these windows. I would definitely recommend them."

We ran into some issues with construction which was by no means any fault of Southland Exteriors, and they made sure to find something comparable to what we wanted and still make sure the job got done ! Our salesman, Phil, is a great guy and Ron and Debra, the owners, are absolutely wonderful to work with. Southland previously installed a sliding patio door for us and that job went seamlessly. We’ll definitely go back to Southland for our new windows."
