Wow after all the money you guys spend on advertising and you have that THING answering the phone. Great Investment!"

"I own and operate Horizon Paint Pros LLC and was subcontracted through this company back in March 2021for painting services. This company expects the work to be done first and then wait 9 days sometimes up to a month to get compensated IF COMPENSATED AT ALL. They are not professional nor curtious and lack the basic communication skills needed to perform any kind of service. PROCEED WITH CAUTION"

"if you have a choice for a roofing company, choose someone else. They only honor their quality of work for 5 years. If you think about it, they are installing a product manufactured by another company, all they have to do is install it. After they did my roof it leaked, i had them come out, they came out twice, now that we are getting lots of rain it is still leaking in the same spot. They wont cover their work. Terrible company."

"If you need flooring installed, drywall repaired, or walls painted stay away from this company. Our experience with them was completely horrible. The drywall patch work they did doesn’t match, baseboards look like someone with no experience installed them, and the flooring they installed wasn’t done properly. Christian and Dennis were the reps we worked with and it was obvious neither could handle their work load. They constantly forgot to communicate our expectations with the actual workers and cared more about nickel and dimming me than just providing a quality job. Not a single task they did for me looks professional and neither of them cared to make it right."

"Our experience with this company was horrendous. They hired a convicted man( scamed several people out of money) that was not licensed and did not have workman's compensation to install our water damaged floors. After two weeks of aggravation we gave the company a deadline to finish. Restoration Specialists installed a cheaper felt pad under our floating work floors and when the floors were finally finished we noticed at least Twenty five chips and also large spaces between the he boards. Needless to say we called the comoany and hastled with them for almost two years to have the floors replaced. By this time the color I had was no longer available so I had to settle for a darker color. The project involved flooring in 3/4 of our home. I would never recommend this company to anyone. In hind site we should have sued!"
