"Safer Grounds Construction just did an incredible job of fixing my homes foundation. It was an extensive amount if work requiring drilling and laying if pipe to depths up to 60 ft. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and worked very carefully in and outside my home to complete the project. Throughout the entire process I was updated and explained everything they were doing. The project turned out to be much larger than originally planned and they still completed it ahead of schedule. Will the foreman and the entire crew were friendly, warm and easy to work with! I highly recommend Safer Grounds Construction for this type of work."

"I never trust a contractor to give quotes to my stay-at-home mom wife, but i didn’t have a choice this time around. I had four or five people out (2-3 didn’t even show up) and out of all of them these guys honestly identified the work that was needed, and provided both an accurate and fair quote to my wife. My father was a carpenter for 20+ years and when I took the quotes to him he was most impressed by the pricing and detail/description of work provided by safer grounds. It was apparent they knew what they were talking about, they didn’t just see a stay at home mom as easy money but instead as a valued customer. As you can see by my review page, I am a local guide with thousands of reviews under my belt. I am hyper critical usually but I couldn’t find anything negative to say about this place. Awesome work! "Couldn’t find anyone in Polk county to come do work on my house that made me feel secure. Decided to call this company because I saw them out here after the hurricane hit, got a super knowledgeable lady on the phone named Sarah who made me feel confident in picking them to come do work on my home. They were willing to come the 2+ hours to give me an estimate on the repairs I needed done. A guy named Will came out and he made me feel comfortable and broke things down in a way I understood and made me feel like I wasn’t being ripped off! If you want someone that’s going to treat you like a person not a dollar sign and do a damn good job on your home I definitely recommend Safer Grounds Construction."

"First met Russ over the phone. Seemed knowledgeable and a little bit cocky and spoke of all his "patents', Said " his" trusses come with in 2 weeks. Set up appt. My original plan was 500 sq. foot 1/1 block home. Came with a copy of my plan and stretched it out to 1000 sq. foot. Called him back and told him 800 sq. feet should be plenty of room. He told me he would get back to me with a new drawing. I called him since he didn't call me back. Blew me off and ghosted."
