"Edited to note that Chad Lubke was contacted during the construction and he declined to help our community or alleviate our concerns. Lubke built a house in my small neighborhood in 2019 to 2020. Their organization was incredibly unprofessional to our community and I will go so far as to say abused the neighborhood. Examples include: garbage being left in community spaces daily including food waste and construction waste, mailboxes and planters were hit and knocked over without being fixed, two cars were hit (with no remedy), immediate neighbors experienced five flat tires (with no remedy), workers were extraordinarily loud and used vulgar language around children, not to mention irritants such as spray painting his name graffit-style on the side of the building for our neighborhood to look at for over a year. All the while he was not interested in hearing how he could work with our community more effectively. If you value your relationship with your neighbors, I would strongly advise you to exercise caution."
