"Paid for the every thing Wash $ 30.95. Front of Truck did not get washed, inside of windows were streak, did not get fully vacuumed especially seats. When I got home I called back to ask for a rewash as I could not get back at that time. Lady was rude to me and essentially said she could not help me. Told me the owner was not there and no manager was there. Put me on hold, after half hour did not come back to me. Not impressive. I can get less expensive car washes and do the detail work myself but prefer to pay to get it all done for me."

"Went to get exterior car wash. Sign said $6.95 for exterior wash. That’s what we asked for. When we paid the cashier rang up $5.00 additional charge and $10.95 for the wash plus tax. When asked why it was that much, the cashier said she didn’t know we had to ask in back. The attendant said because it was covered in bird poop we charged an extra $5.00. He would not change the charge and treated an elderly man rudely. This place ripped us off and didn’t care."
