"I went to this car wash today with my 9 month old baby after a very long road trip with my husband, our dog, baby, and myself. So it’s safe to say the car was a mess and desperately needed cleaning. I stopped at this particular car wash because I saw the sign promoting $10 dollar wash and free vacuums. So I went, got the basic wash and as I started vacuuming I was approached by an Employee who asked if I needed anything and then stated that he could see pollen still on my car and asked if I would like to go through the wash again. I politely declined, thinking he was just trying to sell me another wash. As I continued vacuuming my car, another car pulled into the spot next to mine. That same employee approached them and asked she need anything or help. Before walking away again, He turned to me and said “ Ma’am, I’m so sorry but I can’t let you leave like this” as he was point to a bunch of dirt on my back Hatch and bugs still all over my front Bumper” he then said “when you are done, let me know and I’ll have you pull over there and I’ll Personally wash down the car and give it a Good scrub and send you back through the wash. Free of charge.” I said yes and was very thankful and Appreciated his generosity. As I continued vacuuming, my daughter started to become fussy. He came back over and helped me finish my car and even clean floor mats for me while I held my baby. Afterwards, he hand washed the outside of my car and sent back through the wash again and was extremely kind. This employees name is Ernest. After all was said and done, I apologized to Ernest because I wanted to tip him but I never carry cash on me. He told me not to worry about it, he doesn’t do it for the tip, just wanted to help out a mom in need. Because of Ernest’s excellent customer service and general kindness and generosity; I highly Recommend this car wash to everyone and I myself Most definitely will be back. Also, if anyone from the car wash or corporate read this; please give Ernest a raise!!"

"REALLY angry over this!! I went to this car wash only one time, to wash a car before I moved away on a temporary job assignment. A little over a year later, upon returning to the area, I found that my credit card had been getting charged monthly for an ongoing carwash plan! I went into the car wash and spoke with the manager. She told me that the employee must have signed me up for the plan. (Nothing had ever been said to me about “a plan” when I got that single car wash!! The manager took me off “the plan”, but said that I would have to speak to the owner for any reimbursement. I tried calling ‘Earnest’ multiple times but was only able to leave voice messages. He never returned my calls! So, be very careful about what you purchase at this place. Get a receipt and read it carefully. Otherwise, without your knowledge you may be out a couple hundred dollars for nothing like I was! How can things be set up so that this could even happen to a customer without the customer’s knowledge!!"
