"I know they were busy and I’m a beach girl so I don’t expect every bit of sand gone but come on! They even forgot to vacuum my trunk. Luckily I checked before leaving. Didn’t realize I needed to make sure everything was clean. Very let down. Based on the reviews I expected better. $37 plus tip for inside and out. Not again. I’ll keep looking for a good car wash in the area. I’ve paid half that and received much better. These were taken same day once I got home."
"I have been coming here and recommending them for years. Unfortunately that stops today. I paid $18 plus tip and was supposed to receive tire shine and wheel bright in addition to other services. I left and went across the street to fuel up and the wheels and tires looked terrible! I took pictures and the decided I would back. I voiced my frustration (respectfully) produced my receipt and was told to pull over and they would take care of it. Now I didn’t get out to look thinking with it being a complaint that it would have been done correctly. WRONG, got home and they did the tire shine but not the wheels! Beyond disappointed."
