At 7 Oaks Travel Resort, we pride ourselves on providing a welcoming environment for both adults and pets. Our spacious 20-acre park features 297 RV sites, with 140 open sites ready to accommodate your RV or Park Model. Most sites include concrete pads and grassy areas, ensuring a comfortable stay for rigs of all sizes. We offer full-service amenities, including 30/50 amp service and convenient pull-through sites.

Our motto, "Come early, stay late," reflects our commitment to offering flexible and accommodating service. As a first-come, first-serve RV park, we encourage you to call ahead for availability. Our 2023/2024 rates are competitive, with weekly stays starting at just $250, including all hook-ups (excluding cable). For those looking to make 7 Oaks their home away from home, we offer a year-round rate of $450 per month for permanent units and RVs, plus utilities, subject to application and background check.

Beyond just a place to park, 7 Oaks Travel Resort is a vibrant community offering a wide range of recreational and social activities. "7 Oaks has all the RV park amenities including pool, shuffleboard, aerobics, bingo, etc. I personally like the location being a mile from Hwy 19 and the reasonable rent. What really sets this place apart is park manager David and his office manager wife, Shannon. They get to know their residents. This was important to me since my snowbird father would spend several months there alone each winter. David is always out and about keeping up with the grounds and checking on folks. He helped my 78 year old father install a water heater and taught my brother and I how to prepare our 5th wheel for travel when it was time to head north. Shannon even watched our dog during a family emergency. Good management contributes to the overall friendly atmosphere between the residents, keeping Dad going back year after year."

"Well I love to live there. And join the shuffle board team. But they play every night and I am in online college.only got one more year and I got my masters in computer science Engineer/Cyber security I can wait for new jobs with money new trailer with a lot of nice neighbors."

"Good for the price. I was there for a community garage sale. This is a nice older park with a pool and other amenities. I was told by people who lived there that the lot rent was the cheapest around. That said, there isn't much, if any, security and the streets are very narrow."

"It's a trailer park. And it's mostly great but there's this crazy lady named conny we$t who stole money from me and tried to hold me at her house against my will by taking my vehicle keys, my phone's and all my clothing. So I walked practically naked to the store to call the police. I'm sure if they kick that scumbag out the property value will go up. Plus all she does is $moke ¢r@¢k. Silly B!+¢h"

"This place is awesome! Love the pool, always heated. People are extremely friendly and helpful. Management is always helpful and friendly. "Dave", the manager, will help you like he is your best friend! He and his wife organize great events in the community house.I Love late nights walk with my little dog here. Rates are fantastic. Where else can you enjoy Florida and be within a couple miles of the Gulf for about $350 a month and a beautiful double wide for about $17,000? I visit the tourist6 places within 45 minutes but am able to come back to peace and quiet at night! Great place to escape Buffalo, NY and the terrible winters."
