"Horrible management. Turned me away as a long term tenet over the phone because of the size of my dog. He is an 11 year old black lab mix at 65pounds. The reasoning I was given is they are trying to get away from having large dogs on the property and that his size is dangerous and could knock people over. He’s an old dog he lounges most of the day. They didn’t even want to meet him. I told her his weight and that was it. Not impressed."

"We have been seasonal residents of Aripeka West for 8 years and have loved every minute of it. It's a very peaceful place to stay. The owner and/or management are always eager to please. I'd also like to respond to Thomas Bartlett's review. The park is not filthy and although there are a few people in here that like to drink, the park is not "full" of drunks. But since he never bothered to socialize with anyone, he wouldn't know that."
