"People are ridiculous posting about parking. It's a heavy tourist spot on a tightly packed vacation and public beach island. It's $20 for the entire day, which is standard just about anywhere you travel. Leave your car in the garage for several days... Still $20 if you use your brains. The entire island is pay to park, so those saying they didn't know are just being dishonest."

"When i parked on the side of the road in front of Filthy Rich of John's Pass on June 3, there was no signs whatsoever. I already looked around before left my car there. When i came back, i got a ticket saying i did not pay the parking. I was so confused, there was no signs and no payment kiosk near my parking. I called this company every other day with leaving voicemails, no one answered and no one called me back until i called again on day 10. When the guy named Jake Lutz took my call, he just not listening and insisted that there were signs within 50 feet around. I told him i have proofs that i cannot see any signs near my car. He insisted that i had to pay regardless or wait the collection agency. He was very rigid and cannot use his logic at all. I am truly disappointed with the service provided (if there was one). As you can see on photos, there were no signs at all. Eventually, Jake gave me the photos of signs that he claimed very clear showing the rules. One of them was across the street and far off of the road. When i parked, there was a car with kayak on top of it that obstructing the “rules” view. It is not about the money but it is very unfair for a person who is not familiar with the area. How can anyone assume that parking sign across far off the street will also apply to my parking spot? Refer to the photos. I just have a positive thinking, maybe he or the company needs the money, has financial issues. Hopefully he or the company can live peacefully with those unfair money they got. Please do not get trap there. No more parking over there!"

"The customer service is horrendous. It took me over 20 minutes to exit this parking garage. The attendent Carmen was sitting on her butt eating lunch while the elderly couple in front of the line struggled with the kiosk. When we politely asked her to help. She berated us and told us that her boss don't pay her on her break and took a picture of my license plate and reported me to the police for harassing her. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in a tourist area. Do not park here! It also cost me an extra dollar in the time I wasted and they have no hourly rates posted! I should have know better when I pulled in. I hope this woman Carmen gets fred she has no business beingin customer service."
