"Great to have a local car rental office in Cape Coral. Much more convenient than going to the airport."

"My rental was from March 1, 2024 - April 5th. During three visits to the Cape Coral location, I experienced the friendliest, most competent, caring, and helpful staff members: Damaris and Fabian. They are extremely busy at this location. While taking care of customers, they are dealing with nonstop telephone calls coming in. Damaris keeps a smile on her face, no matter how busy she is. I stopped there for information, before I rented, and Damaris was so very helpful. Between her and Fabian, I really felt cared for. Fabian rented my vehicle to me, and he was awesome. Such a nice, helpful, competent, friendly individual. I have rented from many companies since 2019. By far, this has been my best experience ever. Thank you for employing such awesome staff to care for us. The only issue with the Suburban is the oil life went to 0% on the way home from my trip, and the vehicle did smell like someone has smoked in it. I found this odor mostly after the car would sit for a day, when I first started it up. Too bad people have to ruin something so nice as that SUV, with their nasty habits, instead of respecting others that will rent the vehicle. Other than that, the car was clean when I picked it up. I've rented at other places and been given vehicles that were filthy, some with melted chocolate and lot's of old food in them. Not this Suburban. Who ever cleans your vehicles at this location takes the time to really do an excellent job of cleaning them. Thank you. I am planning two more trips in the near future, and will definitely be back."

"Absolutely worst rental car and customer service encounter I have had, if zero stars were possible, I would give it. We booked a car for 2 pm and get there ten minutes early and we’re told it would be a half hour because the car was not clean. We waited no problem, after about 45 minutes, we asked how much longer it would be and person at the counter nastily told us it would be another 30 minutes. It was about 3:15 at this point when we had booked the car for 2 pm. The worker was rude to us telling us that they’re overbooked and basically it’s our problem, not theirs. Finally, I asked them if they had any cars ready because we were now late to the event that we had booked the car for. Which they then gave us a different car saying “do you want it or not”. Awful attitude, awful customer service, and an awful location. Beware."

"Strictly business. Unlike other companies, they don’t walk out and inspect with you. Also they assume you want all the insurance options. Initially my $300 Costco rental was turning into nearly $600 (prepaid via Costco) so they have add ons that aren’t listed when you prepay with Costco. Same rental on Avis website was $1,100 all things same… do you due diligence."

"Make sure you call ahead of your scheduled pickup time (if you can get them to answer the phone) waited 2 hours while they “cleaned and washed” the cars that were delivered that morning only to get a vehicle that had trash in it from the previous renter and had not been washed or cleaned out. I would have taken it that way from the get go if they offered, but instead they made everyone sit and wait for no reason. I understand being busy during this time of year, but there was no communication from either front of house employee to anyone waiting patiently."
