"I had been looking for a car for quite some time. I am from Reading PA and ended up having nothing but trouble finding honest, dependable sales reps for cars. I had a bad feeling about every single one. I started expanding my search radius- never thinking it would end up showing me cars in Florida- however, I ended up finding a car I fell in love with and Charles had been the one to help me through the whole process. It was quick and painless. He was thorough & happy to answer any questions. He was always making sure I understood everything discussed and made calls to check in as we started the paperwork. He is Incredibly personable and I felt like I could just trust him and that’s huge, especially when you are not able to see or test drive the car before purchasing.
