"We arrived 4 hours late on a Southwest Airlines flight from Houston at 1:15 am. Since my daughter had 2 little children ages 4 and 6, who were fast asleep, couldn’t have been able to carry them off the plane, we requested a wheelchair so the children could sit in it, whilst we walked to the baggage claim. The young woman who was the wheelchair attendant, Bernadette, was downright rude and angry that the children would sit in the wheelchair! She refused to allow them to sit in the wheelchair , so much so that our grandchildren were terrified and started to cry!! Bernadette, I believe was just upset to be there at such a late hour!!! We have never been harassed by a wheelchair attendant, anywhere in the USA!"
