"Mostly a very positive experience renting a Mustang convertible for our week in Florida. Reservations and pick up could not be any easier. Car came with an EZ Pass which was very easy to use and useful while driving near Orlando which had lots of tools. Took away 1 star for 2 reasons. First, the car had some slight cosmetic damage when we picked it up and when putting the top down or up, part of the rear section was obviously broken(we were afraid the plastic would break right off). Second, tried to call customer service the night we were dropping it off since the drop off location at the Sarasota airport was closed by 8:30pm. There is no way to talk to a human after hours. It all turned out fine but being closed by 8:30pm seemed early. But even with those 2 issues, I would highly recommend Alamo Rent A Car and will use them again."
"Great experience with Alamo at SRQ. Was able to get a great deal on a Jeep Wrangler which was in great condition when I got it. Getting the car was quick and easy. Drop off was also quick and easy. I had expressed a concern with not being able to get the child door locks to work properly at drop off and the representative valued my concerns beyond my expectations. Will definitely look to rent from Alamo when I return to SRQ"
"I have always had great experience with Alamo car rental! The cars are clean and new. The service at the counter is friendly and always greet with a smile. I even got an upgrade on this trip due to semi compact cars were unavailable upon my arrival so I got a smaller SUV. And upon returning, Dylan was just the best! What a personality and smile. The same can be said for the gentleman when I picked it up."
"The employee at the airport counter was extremely nice and efficient in his work. My check-in was easily and quick once Ingot through the line. He upgraded me to an SUV from an economy car at no additional charge! Very reasonable price for the rental! Extremely satisfied!"
