Bentley Tampa Bay

"I took my 2021 Bentley to get an estimate for selling and get another car from their dealership. They checked my car and Kevin came up with an estimate . I had a better deal in another dealership and I told Kevin about it . Few days later Kevin called me with a middle price that we both are ok with. Little I know that it was a catch!! After I drove an hour to the dealership and wasted half a day there and completing all documents and paperwork , kevin Ofcourse waiting outside telling me that he can’t do the deal with the price anymore. He wanted to take out 10k which brings back the original price he wanted. Kevin didn’t even interrupt the paperwork process, assuming that once everything is done I will say ok just remove ten grand and get it done with. I don’t think this is the first time he’s done that. Not to mention, I refused the additional warrantees on the other car I chose that he was counting on, and once paperwork is completed he simply decided he doesn’t want to do the deal anymore! As simple as that! I told him we just completed the paperwork his reply was “ I have ten days to cancel it and I’m canceling it now” For an owner of Bentley cars for years and years, and bought from this dealership few cars I must say customer service needs to be upgraded. Kevin disappointed me with his attitude and didn’t respect our time, effort, and deal we agreed on. I never ever encountered such a thing from any dealership let alone from Bentley!"

"WON'T EVENT ANSWER MY TEXTS AFTER KEEPING MY CAR FOR 4 MONTHS WITHOUT AN OFFER. I bought over 5 cars from this dealership in less than 2 years. 4 bentleys and one Rolls. THEY CALL YOU EVERY DAY WHEN YOU ARE ABOUT TO BUY A CAR BUT WHEN YOU WANT TO SELL THEY ARE NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. So Its all fun and games when you are buying from them but when it comes to trading the car or God forbid selling what they sold you (2 months ago) is so unprofessional. Thats when they tell you that car is not worth that much, (the brand new car with 2.000 miles) there are many others being sold for less. (which you were of course never told about when you were buying... And you are asked to drop %25-30 on a car you bought 2 months ago. (this is not one car btw. Im writing this cause this was done to me in every car I bought from them.) I couldn't even sell it cause they offered much less than the market (cause again they say we have to pay our bills...) and I always had to trade for another. But the last Bentley I got, I paid about 285k and after 2-3 months and 2k miles, I was told it could sell for not more than 215-220k this is ridiculous. Cause when I was buying they went on and on about its one of a kind and everyone wants it so I shouldn't miss it. They said they can sell the car with %7 comission btw so that would leave me with 210k at best?? and AFTER KEEPING THE CAR FOR 4 MONTHS THEY ARE NOT EVEN ANSWERING ME. SO I HAD TO PICK UP MY CAR YESTERDAY. So its on me, its my fault that I have trusted them. I just would hate to see others go thru the same thing..."
