"Used to love this place, not any more. My Niece brought my 82 year old mother here for a “special” $12.99 oil change. My mother insisted on going here as she bought it here, even though it is out of the way. Low and behold, they took the car back and right after they did, it conveniently wouldn’t start. They said the battery was bad and that she had to pay $190 for a battery. It was never “requested” as per the work order. Great way to CYA.. Additionally, on the work order it said there were brakes needed. Do you think they asked about that… you guessed it, nope. Called in and sat in hold forever and then hung up. Completely disenchanted with this place. Guess they can’t be that bad if you never even mentioned them but then put it on the work order. Their special seems to be a way to get you in the door and then miraculously problems start. I don’t trust them. They didn’t even offer to discount the battery considering the convenient timing of it doing the second they bring it in."

He was so attentive to myself and my 10-year-old daughter while we were there and made it a fun experience for the first time ever in buying a car I would recommend Port Richey Ford and Mike Black over and over.
