She did not say anything other than did I read the sign when she asked my mileage? They had it coned off in the front so what sign was I supposed to read. ? Have no idea how this girl got her job or keeps her job. I'll never deal that location again.. terrible no stars..."

"Prepaid rental for pickup on a Sunday. Arriving late, contacted both pick up location and Budget to advise of pick up being moved to Monday. Told this wouldn't be a problem. Get there Monday and they have no vehicles. Even though I already paid in full. Had to drive 20 minutes away to pick up a vehicle from another location. 4 day prepay rental on SUV was 174.00. Tell me why a 24 hour extension cost 185.00?!? Really better off anywhere else."

"Rented a full size pickup, they gave me a minivan that strongly smelled of body odor and had a good amount of trash left inside it was definitely not washed. When I expressed dissatisfaction with it, they implied that I should have rented the vehicle more than 24 hours in advance (why accept reservations outside their preferred window then?). When I returned their van, cleaner than I received it, they called me back telling me they couldn’t find the key (which I gave them), and asked that I call back. They don’t actually answer the phone, so I had to drive back to the agency where I saw the van had been moved. Along with not answering the phone, they don’t let you know they solved the issue they created. They also said they would email a receipt because their printer didn’t have ink. They didn’t. All in all, I guess I should be happy I did get a vehicle. Which I am guessing is a real possibility here."

"Like others have said, the worst ever. Booked a car online, showed up at the contractual time and they said they didn't have a car!!! Seriously, if I'm late dropping off a car I get charged extra, but they willingly take a reservation knowing they don't have a car and it's " oh sorry". Unacceptable. This is your caution post. Don't ignore the reviews as I did, you'll be just as sorry as I am."
